today, i am going to show you how to add abook review to goodreads. so the first thing that we are going to do is we are going togo up to the tool bar at the top and type in www. goodreads.com. that should take usto the website, and then we are going to need to sign in. i already have an account forus to use so we can just click sign in. umm...and the email address that we are going to useis jewend@clintonia.org. then we are going to type in the password, and that should besomething that you have on the password sheet that i sent home. then we are going to finda book. so lets say that we read the book "thunder cake." we are going to go up to thesearch engine up top and type in "thunder cake" and hit enter. that should find thebook for us. then i am going to click on whatever
i thought the book was, maybe give it 4 stars,and then i want to write about the book. so i am going to click on read. you will seethat write a review pops up so i am going to click on write a review, and then i'm goingto type in what i thought. this was a very exciting book. i would recommend it to myclass. obviously when you write a book review it will be a little bit more in depth, buttheres to give you an idea. we're going to do the date we finished our book, and i'mjust going to do set to today and then i am going to save my book review. and now we cancheck out the book review that we just saved. i hope that helps you to add books to goodreads.i'm looking forward to seeing what you are going to read this year.
