can you tell me why you should stop payingfor cable? you bought amazon prime and now spend as muchon a year’s worth of old movies and tv shows as you did per month for cable. i’ve heard that there are other options. hulu plus is pretty good. or you could watchthe shows with the ads for free or nearly free. why else would you want to stop paying forcable? you can get a lot of new movies for a dollareach from red box kiosks or for a dollar or two from family video along with your orderedout pizza.
i hadn’t heard about a place where you couldorder both pizza and a movie. or you could pick up movies three or fourmonths after their release to dvd at the library. and there are even free audio books, musiccds and kid movies there that are a decade old. i’ve heard people say cutting the cablesaves them a lot of money. if you bundled phone and cable to save moneyand now watch everything online or via cell phone, there’s no need to stay wired foreither phone or tv service. cutting the tether and my monthly expenses,that sounds attractive. if you’re desperate, you could go back toon air television.
and lose on demand service? be unable to watchgame of thrones or a lot of reality shows? game of thrones, i admit, is a reason to wantto keep hbo – so use hbo’s streaming service and cut the cable. what about a lot of reality shows? don’t you have enough drama in your reallife? it’s entertaining. it feels like an integralpart of my life. you need to turn off the tv and get a life.
